Senior's Annual Dinner

What: Join the Mayfield Community League Member Seniors for our annual Senior's Dinner.

Where: Mayfield Community Hall 10941 161 Street

When:  Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 4:00 pm
               Doors open at 3;30pm

Details: Call Grace to RSVP at 780-486-4801.. The Community League will also deliver to those who are unable to attend! Must call to arrange. Volunteers are needed for this event! Please contact Grace for details.

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers would be greatly appreciated to help make this event a success. Duties that are available are as follows:

        1- Pre set up
            - set up tables and chairs
            - decorate tables and hall
        2- Food prep
            -help chop dice and mince
            -help grill fry and stuff
        3- Food service 
            - help serve food, carry plates, refill coffee/tea
        4- Clean up
            - put tables / chairs away
            - clean prep area in kitchen, wrap food
            - clean dishes, put dishes away
            - take out garbage
