Mayfield Community League Hall Rentals

The Mayfield Community Hall, located at 10941 161 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, has a seating capacity of 100 and access to a full kitchen. 

Recent improvements include new flooring throughout, including the main hall, washrooms, foyer, and stage, refinished kitchen cabinets with a gas stove, a new roof, and new chairs. 

Rental requirements

Membership: To rent the Mayfield Hall, you must reside in the Mayfield Community and be a Community Member.

Liquor license: All rentals serving alcohol must have a liquor license and provide a copy at the time of rental. You can apply online here or purchase a liquor license at most liquor stores. 

Event insurance: Renters are required to have event insurance and provide a copy of the insurance certificate prior to the event date, ($2 million third party liability naming Mayfield Community League as holder). This is obtained through your personal insurance company. 

​Failure to provide these documents could terminate your rental. 

Hall rental rates

Weekend (Saturday at 10am to Sunday at 8pm): $550 - payable by eTransfer(preferred),  cash or by cheque

Daily Rentals (8am to 11pm): $350 - payable by eTransfer(preferred), cash  or by cheque

PLEASE NOTE: Times include set-up and clean-up, please book accordingly.

Hall rental deposit

A $550 CASH ONLY booking/damage deposit is required at the time of booking. If your booking is within 14 days of the rental, only a cash payment will be accepted.
