Mayfield Community League Hall Rentals


The Mayfield Community Hall, located at 10941 161 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, has a seating capacity of 100 and access to a full kitchen. 

Recent improvements include new flooring throughout, including the main hall, washrooms, foyer, and stage, refinished kitchen cabinets with a gas stove, a new roof, and new chairs. 


Rental requirements

Membership: To rent the Mayfield Hall, you must reside in the Mayfield Community and be a Community Member.

Liquor license: All rentals serving alcohol MUST have a liquor license, and a copy must be given to Mayfield Hall. Liquor licenses can be purchased at any large liquor store (e.g., Liquor Depot). 

Event insurance: All rentals are also responsible for obtaining event insurance, which your personal insurance company can provide you. A copy of this insurance certificate MUST be given to the Mayfield Hall.


Hall rental rates

Full Weekend (Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at Noon): $550 - payable by cash (preferred) or by cheque

Daily Rentals (8am to 11pm): $350 - payable by cash (preferred) or by cheque


PLEASE NOTE: Times include set-up and clean-up, please book accordingly.

Hall rental deposit

A $550 CASH ONLY booking/damage deposit is required at the time of booking. If your booking is within 14 days of the rental, only a cash payment will be accepted.

Mayfield Community League acknowledges that the Mayfield neighbourhood is on Treaty 6 Territory, a traditional meeting ground of many Indigenous peoples.
