If you are a resident of the Mayfield neighbourhood, we welcome you to join us! Following the AGM, Councillor Reed Clarke will host a Q&A session​.​

Details: The AGM is a yearly gathering of the League's Board to actively seek out feedback from you.  Mayfield Community Membership is required to vote at the AGM.

  2. Adoption of the agenda 
  3. Motion to approve the AGM minutes of April 16, 2025 
  4. Elected Officers & Directors Reports 
  5. Treasurer presentation and approval of December 31, 2025
    1. Financial statement(s) 
  6. Motion to provide free community memberships to Mayfield residents for the 2026 year (September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027).
