If you are a resident of the Mayfield neighbourhood, we welcome you to join us! Following the AGM, Councillor Reed Clarke will host a Q&A session​.​

Where: Mayfield Community Hall, 10941 161 St.

Details: The AGM is a yearly gathering of the League's Board to actively seek out feedback from you.  Mayfield Community Membership is required to vote at the AGM.

  2. Adoption of the agenda 
  3. Motion to approve the AGM minutes of April 16, 2025 
  4. Elected Officers & Directors Reports 
  5. Treasurer presentation and approval of December 31, 2025
    1. Financial statement(s) 
  6. Motion to provide free community memberships to Mayfield residents for the 2026 year (September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027). 
  7. Elections: Officers & Directors
  8. Open Q&A for approximately 10 minutes, including: 
    • Review of Vision and Mission Statements 
    • Short engagement session 
  9. Next Executive Meeting / Orientation: May 25, 2026,  @ 7:00 PM
